Polo Historic Wedding Chapel

A once in a lifetime experience to share with your honored guests and loved ones.  The romantic atmosphere is accentuated by the swelling crescendo of the original 1914 pipe organ playing the traditional wedding march as you walk down the aisle. 

 A modern sound system is available for musical accompaniment.  Vocalists, pianists, stringed instruments, guitarists will be accentuated by the natural acoustics of the chapel.

 Packages

Elopement Package - Wedding for only 2-4 people with no guests, maximum 1 hour total.                                                                         $500

Simplicity Package - 3 hour max.  1 hour rehearsal (early rehearsal time slot), minimal decorations.  Limited attendants recommended.  No pre-wedding day visits.  Minimal time for photography.  Absolutely no additional time allowed.  Time deposit of $100 required.                                                              $950 

Antebellum Package - 4 hour maximum.  1 hour rehearsal included, adequate time for photos, decorations and primping time in the bridal dressing balcony with champagne served.                                                                                                                              $1100

Candlelight Romance Service - This is a beautiful service.  The chapel lights are turned off and the entire building is lit with multiple candles, twinkling lights and oil lamps.  It is recommended during the twilight of the day appropriate to that season.  This may be added to any package for    $150.

Photography Package - For couples who desire a lot of time for photography.  Does not include photographer or any of their charges.                   5 1/2 hour maximum plus 1 hour rehearsal, early time slot recommended      (11:00 am - 3:30 pm)                                                                           $1250

Stress Free Package - This includes both time slots.  Arrival and departure time of your choice. 7 hour total maximum, including 1-2 hour rehearsal (recommended for >10 attendants and multiple ceremony add ons). Time includes need of pre - wedding day visits: for minister, musicians, photographer, multiple decorations.   This is a good choice if you don't want to be concerned with time on your wedding day.                                                                               $1500

Wedding and Reception Package - This includes the 4 hour General package and 3 1/2 hours in the event hall for reception.  Arrival 4pm - 10:30 pm.  Extra time may be purchased for $100 per hour.  Also included is 1-2 hours the day before the wedding for caterer and decoration of the event hall.    Food may be catered in and held in ovens and or refridgerator, but cannot be cooked in kitchen.  China, service, and linens are an additional price.  There is a deposit of required for missing items and unexpected time used.  To be refunded the week following the wedding. Photography can be done after wedding while guests are minglimg in the event hall.  Event hall max. is 75-85 seated, 120 for  standing appetizer reception.                                                              $1700           

Wedding and Rehearsal Dinner Package - Similar to the wedding and reception, but time slot is from 6pm for rehearsal and 10:00pm departure time. (including clean up)                                                                               $1500

Wedding and Shower/Gift opening package - Similar to wedding and reception package, but time is 2 1/2 hours on the Sunday of your choice.  This includes catering delivery and clean up time.                    $1350

10% off on morning weddings  (9am-12pm) or Sunday through Thursday weddings. Rehearsal times limited.

Add ons - Ministers, Musicians and full service Wedding Coordinators are available and an extra charge. CD/iPod/mp3 music system for ceremony $75, use of piano or organ $50. Chapel organist $150. Please ask consultant for prices for Event Hall and Sanctuary use not listed above.  

All packages include 1 hour tour, revisits if needed, existing decorations, and on site experienced wedding consultatant services, including any vendor recommendations requested. We are there to offer as much or as little help as you desire.
